Our head chef
Tomáš Glogas
In the 1990s he started at the Intercontinental Hotel in Prague and then he went through several restaurants in the Old Town and the Lesser Town. Later he worked at the Mövenpick Hotel in Prague, as a deputy chef at Rezidence Libechov and other places. After some experience from his own restaurant he came to the Yard Resort Predboj in February 2018.
